Guide: Brother Showroom Appointment

1. Visit https://appointment.brother.com.my/
   
   
2. Click Brother Showroom Appointment at the header or click any product on Main Page.
   
   
   
3. Fill out the Brother Showroom Appointment Form; (Product, Product Model, Appointment Date, Appointment Time, Name, Email Address, Mobile Number and Remark). Then click the Make Appointment button.
   

- A confirmation will be sent to your email.

- You can edit or cancel your appointment in your email.

2. Click Brother Sewing Class at the header or the Sewing Machine category on the main page.
   
   
   
3. Click Free Online Introduction Class (Kelas Online Percuma Mesin Jahit Brother).
   
   
   

4. Choose the sewing machine model class and click to register.
   
   
   
5. If you're a first-time user, you have to click the Sign-Up button and fill out the details.
   
   
   
6. Select the available class date and time -> click the Next button.
   
   
   
7. Check all the details and click book.
   
   
   

- A confirmation will be sent to your email.

- You can edit or cancel your appointment in the email or My Profile page.

- ZOOM link class will be emailed 2-3 days before the class date.

8. Click My Profile at the header to see your Booking History. You also can edit or cancel your booking.
